How To Sous-vide Your Steak

With Su-V Gun or Grill Gun
Finishing your sous-vide meats with a plume of fire
from the SU-V or Grill Gun makes sure you achieve
that crispy crust without overcooking the center. To
help develop colour, spray or brush the meat with the
fat of your choice then hit it with the flame! Keep the
SU-V Gun's flame moves at an even pace until you
reached your desired level of browning. With the
Grill Gun, use a short burst of full-power flame
directly at the meat until you're satisfied with the
colour and texture, Enjoy!

Crème brûlée

To achieve the perfectly bruléed caramelized sugar that delivers that crack you want before diving into smooth silky vanilla-bean custard is A true treat, so let's get started!

Hold the flame approximately 20-30 centimeters away from the sugar Keep the Su-V Gun on Low heat and move it back and forth or in circles across the surfaceAs the sugar starts to heat up, it will turn brown and bubble.

  • Concentrate the flame around the edges of the crème brulé first, and then do the center. Although the center is typically darker than around the edges, you don’t want the sugar to burn too much.

Roasted Marshmallows

Safety:

The Su-V is designed for indoor/outdoor use, the Grill Gun is designed specifically for outdoor use so...  please don't use the grill gun outdoors 😉
